I’m Claire Fletcher, a certified hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, committed to helping you navigate life’s challenges with proven therapeutic tools. My approach focuses on building resilience, breaking limiting patterns, and empowering you to create meaningful change.

Before becoming a hypnotherapist, I worked as a teacher for twenty- five years with children and young people. I also was an adult studies lecturer. I am a reiki master and teacher, and a holistic therapist, (aromatherapy, massage and reflexology), I have worked in holistic therapy for over twenty years.  (photo to right of text).
